My Weight Deletion Continues

I continue my "weight Deletion" journey - I just ran across this pool photo - I believe it was taken on my birthday last year, which is just 51 weeks ago today.  My face was much more full - so I grabbed my phone and did a quick selfie.  It's a little grainy but gets the point across (it's sort of dark in my office).  Today I put on a pair of size 10 cargo shorts - they are snug but I'M IN THEM!

I'm down, as of this writing, 45.2 lbs.  It's been a slow downhill this year and it's becaues I haven't been as religious about getting in activity.  I still have 35 to go until I reach goal, and then my task will be maintaining the weight.

I picked up Zumba which is a lot of fun, and I am continuing to swim.  My stamina is better than ever; this time last year I could barely do a 50.  I spent a LOT of time at the wall.  It would take me an hour and a few minutes to do 1500 yards (which is 30 50 yard laps).  Now I get 1500 yards done in about 40 minutes - the difference is I usually don't stop very much.

I warm up with 300 yards of mixed freestyle and breast stroke - no stopping; then I'll kick for 300 yards - 150 on the kickboard and 150 on my back, then I'll do a few intervals, and then 10-30 laps nonstop freestyle after that, then 200 to cool down with breast stroke or freestyle.  Big difference.

Hope that wasn't too boring.  Well, I'm off to figure out what to do about dinner.  I have amazing healthy food in my fridge!
