Screaming Rib Rub

Ingredients:

1 cup "Sugar in the Raw"
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup barbecue spice (McCormicks)
1/4 cup powdered garlic
2-1/2 T powdered onion
1 T ginger
1-1/4 T�ground black pepper
1 T ground cumin
1 t cayenne pepper (more if you like it hotter)
1-2 t ground oregano
2 t finely ground rosemary

Preparation:

Rub it onto the front and back of a rack of pork ribs.  VERY GOOD STUFF!  If desired, sprinkle a little bit of white sugar on at the very end of the smoking cycle to give it a little crust and wrap in foil.  Yum.
