This year hasn't been too kind (yet)

I don't know exactly what did it - but I have my suspicions. Woke up on January 5 with a stiff neck and it quickly became more than just a pain in the neck!

Getting old isn't for the faint of heart! This stupid thing wound up rendering me unable to drive, unable to do simple things like put on my coat without a lot of pain, turning my head reliably - you name it. After a massage, acupuncture and two chiropractic sessions - the second chiro session did it - I'm finally feeling better.

But then...I caught a cold...

It just never ends, does it? When we were under the COVID rules to distance and mask up, I didn't get any colds. I hate to say I miss those days...but I kind of do...until next time...
